For order values up to £30, Standard UK delivery is charged at £2.99
On orders over £30, Standard UK delivery is FREE
For our Express UK 1st Class Delivery service, shipping costs £3.99
How much does UK next day delivery cost?
For Special Delivery - Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm (UK Mainland & Northern Ireland) the cost is just £6.99

Or select Guaranteed Next Day Delivery and order before 2pm on Thursday 22nd
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day via Royal Mail. Standard shipping to UK & Ireland will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour service. Express UK 1st class will be sent using Royal Mail's 24 hour service. Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the following day is a Royal Mail tracked & signed for service.
Orders shipping to outside the UK will be sent using Asendia Tracked and Signed service. Please note orders outside of the EU may be subject to local taxes.
Orders received by 2pm during weekdays will be dispatched the same day and orders received from 2pm onwards will be dispatched the following working day.
How long does delivery take?
In usual circumstances, Standard UK delivery will normally arrive within 2 to 4 working days of the dispatch date. Express UK 1st class delivery will normally arrive within 1 to 2 working days.
Special Deliveries are guaranteed by 1pm the following week day.
Orders bound for Europe and other countries, please allow a minimum of 3 to 10 working days for delivery to be made.
Can I track my order?
You will be sent tracking information via email for all tracked and signed UK orders. Please contact us at email@example.com to request your tracking information when using Asendia Tracked and Signed service.
Does the package need to be signed for?
Only packages sent via Special Delivery or Asendia will need to be signed for by the recipient. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, a contact card should be left by the delivery person inviting the recipient to get in touch with them and reschedule a new delivery at a suitable time.
Can I arrange a specific delivery date with you?
Yes, we are here to assist and will do whatever we can do make sure you receive the item at a convenient time. Please note that both timed and Saturday deliveries do carry a surcharge. If you require your order to be sent using a premium service, please contact us by phone on 0844 5678 365.
