Our Extended Returns and Last Postage Cut-off Date

As the festive season is upon us, any orders placed after the 15th of December will be processed promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. We would like to inform you that our office will be closed from the 23rd of December, reopening on the 5th of January. During this time, our team will be taking a well-deserved break to spend time with their loved ones.

In addition to the last postage date, it's worth considering our extended returns policy for Christmas. This festive season, we are extending our returns period for all orders placed from the 1st of November. You can enjoy an extended returns period of up until the 31st of January 2026. This gives you peace of mind, knowing that you have plenty of time to return or exchange any items if needed.
